Brown sugar caramel walnut pie recipe:




Ingredients: 
walnuts: 87g; low-gluten flour: 184g
Accessories: 
butter:65g, brown sugar:65g, baking powder:1/2t, whole egg :33g

Steps:
 1. Cut the walnut into small pieces

2.Put butter softened at room temperature , add brown sugar , stirring with a rubber spatula.


3.Gradually add egg and stir into butter paste evenly .


4.The low-gluten flour , baking powder sifted together , a little mixing with a rubber spatula , add walnuts, with the clutch into a uniform dough.


5.Wrap the dough, hand-shaped it into a rectangular 4cm wide , with plastic wrap , chilled 3 hours ( you can use plastic wrap boxes ) .


6.Cut it into 1cm thick square pieces


7.Countdown third layer 170 degrees oven 25 minutes
